Atty. Mishelle Anne Rubio-Aguinaldo
Founder & Lead Counsel
Atty. Rubio-Aguinaldo is actively engaged in various practice areas of law such as Civil Law, Criminal Litigation, Labor Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy Law, Maritime Law, and Appellate Practice. She is a legal adviser to several corporations engaged in maritime, power generation and distribution, construction, and information technology, among others, and the Assistant Corporate Secretary of SPC Power Corporation, a publicly listed company.

After earning her degree in BA Political Science at the University of the Philippines, she entered San Beda College School of Law as a working student, and graduated as one of the Top 10 students in her batch. After passing the bar in 2016, Atty. Rubio-Aguinaldo joined ANCHETA Attorneys and was promoted as a Senior Associate after only one (1) year and four (4) months of  law practice. In 2020, she founded her own private practice currently known as Rubio-Aguinaldo & Attorneys.

Atty. Rubio-Aguinaldo is currently taking up her Masters of Law in International Dispute Resolution in Queen Mary University of London and actively participates in international trainings and conferences. Top 10 University of the Philippines Alumni Leaders 2023 featured by CEO Insights Asia.

Presently, Joey is the law firm's Legal Coordinator. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Legal Management in San Beda College Alabang in 2023. In the same year, she was elected as the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson in Barangay Molino V Bacoor City, Cavite. An active servant of their Barangay alongside working full time in the firm.

In university, she is an active student-leader of UTOPIA CvSU Political Science Society where she consecutively served as a Senator and Executive Vice President, advocating for civil and political rights engagement.

Rain is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management at the School of Business, Accountancy, and Management of San Beda College Alabang. Prior to this, she studied Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) during her senior high school years at the same institution. She is ranked 6th in their legal research defense and is a dean's lister, showcasing her dedication and hard work in the field of study.

Legal Assistant
April joined the law firm as a Legal Administrator. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management with a specialization track in Business Analytics at De La Salle University – Dasmariñas. Fulfilling her dream to become a lawyer, she pursued law school. At the moment, she is studying Juris Doctor at San Beda College-Alabang. She has been an active member of SCBA’s Central Bar Operations since 2021. April is also a Registered Marketing Professional when she passed the said certification exam conducted by Junior Achievement Philippines in 2018.
Mary Grace A. Ramirez
Legal Administrator
Grace was the law firm’s Office Administrator. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of the East Manila, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014. After graduating, she managed to enter one of the top real-estate companies in the Philippines as a Special Accounts Officer. Because of her immense passion for learning, Grace entered law school. Currently, she is studying Juris Doctor at San Beda College-Alabang, taking course units alongside working full time.

Atty. Amil was the first associate lawyer of the firm. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar last 2022 after gaining her Juris Doctor degree from Laguna State Polytechnic University. During her undergraduate studies, she took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management at University of the East in 2016. Before entering the firm, she was an associate lawyer at Ragaza Law Office based in Santa Cruz, Laguna.
